Yavuz Orta was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He completed his high school education at Bakırköy İmam Hatip High School and later earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Bolu. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gebze High Technology Institute and completed a master's program in International Transportation Management at the State University of New York. He also engaged in professional business coaching programs at New York University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Capella University.
Yavuz Orta started his professional career as a high school teacher and later worked in financial institutions, specializing in financial analysis. He conducted research in the fields of Islamic Economics and Islamic Trade and wrote a master's thesis on Interest-Free Financial Institutions and Banking. He is a founding partner of the real estate company, Red Apple Realty, and a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey, USA. He serves as the founding president of the Turkey Maarif Foundation in America and held the position of school administration for approximately three years in an educational institution providing K-12 education.
As the founder and president of Wisdom House New Jersey, Yavuz Orta is also one of the founders of the Mevlana Mosque and Dallas Diyanet Mosque. He is a columnist for habername.com and serves as the president of the American branch of MÜSİAD, one of the world's largest business organizations.
In recent times, Yavuz Orta has been involved in crowdfunding efforts and is a founding partner of Bambutree Worldwide Investment Company. Through this company, he aims to provide benefits by managing the savings and investments of low-income individuals.
Yavuz Orta has been residing in the United States for 22 years and holds dual citizenship in both the United States and Turkey.
